Bosque de San Francisco is located at 1600 m in the Antigua region of Guatemala. Surrounded by Volcanoes the coffee produced in this valley is very special. The main shade tree used in Antigua is the gravilea, which improves diversity and helps protect the coffee from frost. The Farm has been in the Coffee Bird family for 6 generations and has been producing great coffee for over 100 years. With the current crop you can expect a full body with brown sugar sweetness and black current juiciness, a must try coffee!
