A single origin anaerobic, speciality-grade coffee roasted to create a delicious coffee with a lovely depth of fruity and nutty flavours. It has won 2 stars at the 2026 Great Taste Awards.
Judges’ comments “Light roasted beans with an aroma of sweet baked banana bread. In the flavour there are sour cherry, citrus, sweet notes, almost jammy, with a balanced acidity. The fermentation helps develop the character of this blend; it is fruity and juicy with a full mouthfeel; complex along with length at the finish. There is a nutty aroma on the grounds, with notes of bananas, that is quite fermented. On the palate, the coffee has bright acidity, well-balanced, and with a good balance of slightly fruity and nutty tastes. There are some strawberry top notes, and it is quite complex. with a lingering round and lightly sweet mouthfeel.”
